This highly stable cream is made possible using synergies of Pemulen* TR-1 Polymeric Emulsifier, SilSense* DW-18 Silicone and Novemer* EC-1 Polymer (PSN) emulsion technology. Free from HLB calculations, this formulation provides fast absorption and light sensory with soft skin after-feel.

Procedure:
1. 2. 3. 4. PART A: At normal room temperature, disperse Pemulen* TR-1 Polymeric Emulsifier in the mineral oil for at least 10 minutes. Mix PART B ingredients in a separate vessel. With continuous mixing (500-700 rpm), slowly add PART B into PART A. Mix until uniform. Premix PART C and add to batch. Continue mixing for fifteen minutes or until uniform. (Note: TEA 99% is recommended. TEA 85% is commonly used in Asia). Add Novemer* EC-1 Polymer to batch. Increase the mixing rate to 800-1,000 rpm. Mix until uniform. Add Glydant and gradually decrease the mixing rate to 300 rpm. Mix until uniform. Continue mixing at around 200-300 rpm for at least 10-15 minutes to release any entrapped air.
