An application for a commitment to provide cover, including a medical report, must be submitted first. Only covered if the condition of clinical significance is met. Psychological problems, preventive treatment, behavioural disorders and learning difficulties are excluded.

After nine sessions a therapy report must be sent without prompting to Sanitas. Cover for further sessions will be subject to an assessment of whether the condition of clinical significance is met.
