The Citizens charter is posted as information billboards in all the services offices of PAROLE AND PROBATION ADMINISTRATION (PPA) that deliver frontline services. The Citizens Charter is positioned at the main entrance of the office or at the most conspicuous place of all the said service offices. The Citizens Charter is Written either in English, Filipino, or in the local Dialect and published as an information material (e.g.booklet or brochure). The Citizens Charter is uploaded in the agencys website and accessible to the public. The Citizens Charter was the first published on SEPTEMBER 22, 2009 thru MEMORANDUM and underwent NO REVIEW AND REVISION as to date as required under section 4, Rule IV of the IRR: The office or agency shall review the citizens charter whenever necessary, but not less than once every two years. The Citizens Charter is YET TO UNDERGO REVIEW AND REVISION IN VIEW OF THE APPROVE RATIONALIZATION PLAN OF THE AGENCY WHERE SOME DIVISIONS THAT RENDER FRONTLINE SERVISES WHERE DOWNGRADED AND ABOLISHED,
