KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, CARREY WHOOPS, of legal age, Filipino, widow, resident of Iloilo City, Philippines, having been born on the 14 day of February, 1960, now actually residing at Phase 5, Block 5, Lot 5 Sampaguita Village, Brgy. San Jose, Jaro Iloilo City, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence, fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind, do by these presents declare this to be my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be written in English, the language which is known to me. Containing an area of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (17, 644) SQUARE METERS, more or less. IV. I NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE, APPOINT AND DESIGNATE SINENA O. RONCESVALLES the sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and in his default or incapacity to act, MADOLINE V. CATALUA, and in default or incapacity of the latter to act, one of my siblings in the order of priority in age, if of age; I hereby direct that the executor named herein or his lawful substitute should serve without bond;

I DIRECT my Executor to use his or her discretion in the realization of my estate, with power to my Executor to sell, call in, and convert into money any part of my estate not consisting of money at such time or times, in such manner and upon such terms, and either for cash or credit or for part cash and part credit as my said Executor may in his or her uncontrolled discretion decide upon and pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my demise. I hereby revoke any and all of my other wills, codicils, or testamentary dispositions heretofore executed, signed, or published, or alleged to have been executed, signed or published, by me.

This Will consists of four (4) pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by the testator and his witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
