We should listen to the God's advice, teaching, doctrines/precepts, and laws. We must not forget the words of God. We must not turn away from words of God. To remember God's word, we should read the word of God !ible" regularly, and meditate upon it. #ot only should we remember and $now the word, we should also live and ta$e actions in accordance to God's word.

We must get Wisdom and Understanding/Insight. Here in chapter 4, Wisdom is emphasized again. Keypoints about Wisdom: 1) o not !orsa"e/abandon Wisdom. #eason: Wisdom $i%% preser&e and protect us. Admonition to Keep to the Right Path (RSV).

0ccept the $ords o! Wisdom, and our %i!e $i%% be %onger. 1y ha&ing $isdom, $e $i%% do the right things, such as e,ercising, eating good and nutritious !ood, a&oiding a%coho%ic be&erages, ta"ing our medicine as instructed by physicians, ha&ing a cheer!u% !ami%y %i!e, $e $i%% most probab%y %i&e %onger and hea%thi%y. *od teaches us the $ays o! $isdom, and %ead us to the straight path. /traight path is the easier, shorter path. In a desert or grass%and $here there are !e$ %andmar"s and no road signs, ta"ing the straight path is the $ise thing to do. /o, !o%%o$ing *od and ha&ing $isdom, $e $i%% be ab%e to %i&e our %i!e in easier manner, $ith purpose and direction. 2he $ords o! *od become our na&igation guide and *3/. Wisdom $i%% guide us in our $a%"ing and running. In our dai%y %i&es, $e cou%d ma"e use o! $isdom in a%% aspects, inc%uding $a%"ing and running. We $i%% be ab%e to a&oid errs and mista"es by ha&ing $isdom. Ho%d on !irm to Instruction. Keep the Instruction in our minds and hearts. 2reasure the Instruction as much as $e our %i!e. We must a%$ays remember Instruction, and do according%y.

avoid them, every thing that looks like sin and leads to it. Take heed and listen to God's words, and words of wisdom. Again, we are reminded. Wisdom must not leave our sight and our hearts. We must retain wisdom in our hearts and minds. Let the words of God be written in our heart, and always be inside our heart. Wisdom is beneficial to our physical body as well as our soul.
