Packaging JV
 Development of packaging (Euro Collo Module= 60X40; 30X40 and 15X30) for
the Indian Supply Chain that reduces waste in the supply chain to < 5%.
 Testing the designed India/Euro Collo Module packaging to the specific
circumstances of India.
 Setting up of the JV
 Building the JV Organization & setting up of a dedicated Marketing (Marketing &
Sales) Team/organization
 Tuning the supply chain, including the packaging of associated companies and
partners to the new India/Euro Collo Module Packaging standard

Due to the expected opening up of the Indian Market for Multibrand Distributors,
