Abstract:
The main objective of this research is to investigate the
commitment control system of the banks to apply the pasel
principles .to preserve the integrity of their financial positions and
to achieve a a banking sector free from illegal banking operations,
preserving the rights of depositors and investors, and ensuring the
proper implementation of critical policy of the state appropriately
to contribute effectively in national economic development and
prosperity. we will search in this concept the illegal banking
operations and its implications, making circulars and laws passed
on efforts to reduce these operations in the Arab Gulf states, as
well "on the role of central bank and regulatory authorities to
examine them. In addition to that we reached to several
recommendation and a set of laws and legislation which would
enable the Central bank to exercise its control duties effectively
and help to apply the principles of Basel .
