Transfer2Terp program director John Fink has worked with the program since its start. After attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison for his undergraduate studies, Fink continued his education at the University of Maryland for graduate school. He recalls his transition from Wisconsin to Maryland as an experience that helps him connect with transfer students in T2T.

According to Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Maryland transfer student enrollment numbers account for a third of the universitys new student enrollment from fall 2012. This displays more evidence for the growing need to create academic programs and resources with transfer students in mind. Transfer2Terp serves as one of the premiere programs for transfer students at the University of Maryland. In future, more will come as the need continues to increase. Connect Online @T2Tumd!
