04 III. Compensation plan


1. Operation of the matrixes:
A matrix table, let it be small or big matrix represents the positions of 15 vouchers in each case. Once the 15 vouchers are filled, the one whose voucher is on the top of the matrix table is entitled for payment the amount of which is 450 USD in the case of small matrix and 6000 USD in the case of big matrix. Matrices function based on a unique logic. The 8 empty positions below are always filled by new voucher sales. As soon as the bottom line is filled, the owner of the voucher on the top gets paid and the matrix divides in a way that in the 2 new seven-member matrices those get closer to the payment position (meaning the top of the matrix) who are active and own 2 indications. One can gain indications through vouchers bought by new users and if they buy more vouchers for themselves, these also count as indications. The new order is always created by filling in the lines from left to right. If half of the bottom 8 positions, four are filled, it is possible to ask for advance payment. This is 200 USD in a small matrix and 2000 USD in a big matrix. If through his/her voucher , a distributor is paid 450 or 6000 USD he/she starts again in the matrix that contains his/her sponsor .

1. Matrix
Small matrix
Income from small matrices is part of the Swiss Halley payment system. First, vouchers fill small matrices. Therefore, both members and business builders will, by all means, get into a small matrix Our company rewards the filling of a matrix with 450

USD!

Advance payment: if You are on top of a matrix and four of the bottom eight places have been filled, You are entitled to a 200 USD advance matrix income.

Big matrix*
Swiss Halley rewards the filling of big matrices with 6000

USD.

2. Direct Bonus
Direct bonuses may represent one of the most important income sources for new distributors. Swiss Halley immediately credits 5% of the net value of travel packages to the sponsors internal commission account. This bonus aids starters, since it offers an important income earning possibility in addition to income from small matrices.

3. Depth Bonus
Depth bonuses represent a profitable income earning possibility especially in the middle and long term. However , they are easily accessible to anyone as only three direct registrations are enough to earn 3% of one s net group turnover . A certain percentage of the net turnover from trips sold by the group (vouchers) may be earned by means of depth bonuses. Percentages depend on career level and they are presented in detail in the table below. As for the group turnover of a distributor who has reached career level in Your business, You are entitled to the percentage difference between the two of you if this is bigger than zero.

4. Car support
Our business partners who have reached the Gold level can take part in car purchasing support, which consists of a one-off larger amount from the regular monthly payments. The amount of support starts gathering on reaching the DEC level. The first payment happens on reaching the Gold career level and the US$5,000 car support.

5. Travel Bonuses*
Swiss Halley wholeheartedly endeavours to create a service that may be widely distributed and also employed in the long term. The employment of this service represents the foundation of Travel bonuses, considering that they are calculated based on amounts spent on this service (hotel room bookings). This type of bonus represents a stable and 100% passive income as even if neither we nor our business partners strive to increase the network, we receive our own share of the consumption of already affiliated members for all of our lives. * This bonus does not apply to accommodations booked at our strategic partners. This is why we created for you the bonus from refunds, that you can read about later , in section 5.

6. Bonus from refunds
From bookings made at our strategic partners, on the 15th day after the chekout from the hotel, we refund 5 % of the booking to the user who made the reservation, which amount will be completely credited to his/her Travel balance. The credited amount will be quarantined until the 60th day following the last day of the month containing the day of the checkout.

Swiss Halley rewards the first 30 business builders who become Diamond Leaders with 1% of the company shares each. After reaching Diamond level, 1% of the company shares will be transferred to the leaders name and thus he/she will be entitled to 1% of the annual dividends.

The first and quickest Emerald business builder may purchase 10% of the company shares at their current market price and thus he/she will be entitled to vote in company meetings and to 10% of the annual dividends.

11 VI. How you receive Your commission


Commissions are paid on a monthly basis via ePayments bank transfer . Commissions produced until the first day of a payment month minus fifteen days are released from quarantine up to closing. This is due to the fact that according to law registrations may be revoked within fourteen days of registration. Account opening details and conditions may be consulted under the Bank account and bank card menu item of our weboffice. Matrix income payments in advance are not automatic. On the 10th day before closing, the system will ask You if you request it. 10% of all of your revenue will be transferred to your travelling balance, which you can spend anytime for reservation of accommodations on our portal!
