Description Ce raccord insertion est disponible en acier inoxydable et peut tre mont sur des conduites de DN20 65. Les raccordements suivants sont proposs : - embouts souder suivant les normes SMS 3008 ou BS 4825. - embouts Triclamp suivant les normes SMS 3017/ISO 2852 ou BS 4825. - embouts filets suivant la norme SMS 1145. Description The insertion fitting is available in stainless steel and can be installed in pipes from DN20 to DN65. The following connections are available: - butt-weld-ends according to SMS 3008 or BS 4825 standards. - Triclamp connections according to SMS 3017/ ISO 2852 or BS 4825 standards. - external threads according to SMS 1145 standard. Installation et montage Se rfrer au manuel du capteur/transmetteur avant dinstaller le raccord sur la conduite. Avant de souder les embouts souder, dmonter la rehausse du raccord en dvissant les 4 vis de serrage et retirer le joint. Aprs soudage, replacer correctement le joint dans la gorge et la rehausse sur le raccord, serrer les 4 vis en croix en appliquant un couple nominal de serrage de 2 Nm.

Installation and mounting Before installing the fitting into the pipe, consult the instruction manual of the sensor/transmitter. Before welding the buttweld ends, separate the adapter from the fitting by unscrewing the 4 screws and remove the gasket. After welding, replace the gasket correctly into the guide bush and the adapter onto the fitting and tighten the 4 screws in an alternating pattern to the torque rating of 2 Nm.

Installation und Einbau Bevor Sie das Fitting in die Rohrleitung einbauen, lesen Sie bitte die Bedienungsanleitung des Sensors/Transmitters. Bevor Sie die Schweienden schweien, entfernen Sie den SensorAdapter vom Fitting indem Sie die 4 Schrauben lsen und nehmen Sie die Dichtung heraus. Nach dem Schweien setzen Sie die Dichtung in die Nut und die Armatur auf das Fitting zurck und ziehen Sie die 4 Schrauben mit einem Drehmoment von 2 Nm berkreuz an.
