I have enjoyed working with everyone and have learned a great deal and after much consideration I have decided to enter into a New Challenging Environment in Building material Industry with full of support and orders. It is very difficult decision for me, because I am grateful for the rewarding employment Ive had with Reinhold Wuerth India Pvt. Ltd. I have thought about it so many times and after long consideration, my decision is now final and I have decided to leave the organization. Working for this company has been a wonderful experience. I feel privileged to have been part of such a professional team and will miss all my colleagues.

Description of JV Products and Solutions The desired outcome of the JV with Play All, Germany is to expand on their current HumanIK is a
modular, multithreaded library, optimized for

product line for cuttingedge telecom technologies such as

3G, WiMAX and LTE (Refer to Appendix B for details on each technology) while being granted licensing and distributorship rights to it. Currently, R&S already has a marketleading portfolio of such T&M solutions, but its applications are limited to the R&D and design phases of wireless devices complying to these three standards. Most OEMs (Refer to Appendix B for target markets) have now moved past the point of R&D/design of telecom chipsets and devices and are now concentrating on mass production. Therefore, these manufacturers are now looking for solutions to test their devices automatically in production lines however, not many of these specialized solutions exist in the market. The joint venture of R&S and PsyTranceSoft is proposed to develop solutions that fill this gap in the market. It is hoped that through the JV with R&S, PsyTranceSoft Ltd. can develop new and revamped embedded software for R&S current product line that enables R&S hardware to be deployed in production line environments. This software development shall take place with the combined efforts of R&S and PsytranceSoft engineers R&S shall provide the necessary details for access to their hardware and the two teams shall collaborate to jointly develop the new software that drives their existing tools. The resulting solutions, a formidable combination of R&S hardware with PsyTranceSofts software, shall be released and marketed under the WaveSolve (GmbH) brand name.
