U.S. India Consulting
Within a decade of its inception, U.S. India (USI) Consulting has evolved
from being a competitive enabler for the US Consulting practice to a
fully integrated mission critical arm of Deloitte U.S. Consulting, and a
global delivery hub for the DTTL member rms. The practice has grown
from a handful 50 to approximately 6,000 professionals, as of 2011.
As client presence grows across geography, and business challenges
become more intricate, USI Consulting continues to be a game changer,
playing a key role in helping clients build value through insights,
innovation and experience. It operates out of four ofces located at
Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurgaon.
USI Consulting has a pool of high-caliber, industry-focused professionals,
engaged on a number of global engagements, across three service
areas: Human Capital (HC), Strategy and Operations(S&O) and
Technology.
U.S. India Human Capital
The U.S. India Human Capital practice specializes in providing broad-
based business consulting services designed to help organizations in
their efforts to integrate people with their business strategy. The practice
strives to enhance an organizations performance, productivity, and

U.S. India Strategy and Operations Overview
U.S. India Strategy and Operations (S&O) started in 2006, drawing
talent from the Deloitte U.S., Indian industry and top business
schools. Today it has grown to over 200+ professionals who are
closely involved in Deloitte U.S. and DTT member rm projects and
proposals.
Like the U.S. practice, professionals are aligned by industry and
service lines and have gained experience and competency through
numerous client engagements, proposals and eminence contribu-
tions. The practice has well established capabilities across four
industry verticals:
Technology Media and Telecom (TMT)
Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP)
Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS)
Financial Services Industry (FSI)
Our professionals have worked on engagements across several service
lines like Strategy, Integration, Divestiture and Restructuring (including
ECR), Service Operations, Infrastructure Operations (including OAS) and
Manufacturing Operations.
U.S. India professionals are available for engagement on client projects
as well as proposals and eminence activities. Besides the positive
impact to project nancials, U.S. India S&O also brings the exibility of
