WARM FEET-WARM HEARTS: Volunteer to distribute winter socks to the homeless at Volunteers of America Homeless Shelter on Saturday, January 25, from 4:30pm-6:30pm and Sunday, January 26, 8:00am9:30am. IMPACT volunteers are also needed to help serve meals on those dates. Our annual sock distribution is a heartwarming experience for IMPACT volunteers and for the people who receive them. IMPACTS WINTER WARMTH PROJECT will continue with the collection of winter hats/caps & gloves which will be distributed in February. Please use the collection box on the shelf above the coatrack by the front door. Volunteer sign-up is located on the bulletin board near the restrooms or call IMPACT Coordinator, Linda Cabose, at 517-321-2019. RELIGIOUS LIBERTY OFFERING-TODAY, JANUARY 25, 2014 The annual Religious Liberty offering is used to support the North American Division litigation fund, sponsor Liberty magazine subscriptions and help local unions with religious liberty promotion and education. Please remember to support this offering. PATHFINDERS NEED YOUR HELP The Osh Kosh Camporee is a little over six months away and the Pathfinder Club is hard at work raising funds to cover the expenses. If you would like to make a contribution to the Osh Kosh Camporee, please place it in a tithe envelope and mark it Osh Kosh Camporee. Thanks for your help! VALENTINES BANQUET, FEBRUARY 9 Have you already made your Valentines Day plans? If not, make plans now to come to the GLAS gymnasium on Sunday, February 9 at 3pm. The Lansing Capitals Pathfinder Club will serve you dinner while you enjoy an afternoon of music & entertainment provided by local area church members. A suggested minimum donation of $5/person or $15/family is requested (all donations will be used to fund the Osh Kosh Camporee).
