JOB Description (Assistant Manager Marketing & Sales )


Create marketing strategy
Plan marketing strategy based on the yearly targets - month wise, product wise, customer wise, based on yearly
plans of the key customer ,Analyze customers business opportunities and threats ,Revise plans as needed based on
feedback and intelligence from the market , Create collaterals based on the strategy & Create budget for the year .
Generating Sales
Generate enquiries, Make an Offer, Negotiate the best price, Ensure that the sales order generated is in sync with the
product min, Keep abreast of new product options and generate interest.
Customer relationship
Administer, monitor, report, communicate and liaison internally and externally to facilitate development of business
and sustain customer relationship, Build relationships with key decision makers , Follow the practice of periodic
formal meet with customers.
Collection
Formulate Collection Strategy with other stakeholders and drive collection, with subordinate. Give directions to
manage and supervise the collections operations. Evaluate collection performance based on inputs received from
Finance. Identify reasons for delayed payments and discuss internally to modify processes. Analyze and review
collections MIS and Follow-up for outstanding payments and collection of Form C, Collect information about
financials of the client company and keep Superior posted about issues of note, such that appropriate decisions can
be taken to minimize risk.
