Innova Plex Genomic DNA Prep Kit simplies isolation of DNA from samples (tissue and cell) with fast spincolumn. No phenol or chloroform extraction is required. DNA binds specically to the Innova Plex spin-column while contaminants pass through. PCR inhibitors such as divalent cations and proteins are completely removed in two simple wash steps, leaving pure DNA to be eluted in either water or buer provided with the kit. Innova Plex DNA technology yields genomic DNA from animal tissue, plant tissue, bacteria, yeast, blood samples ready to use in PCR and blotting prodedures. Innova Plex AceStarTM Taq Polymerase was extracted and puried from a cloned and modied recombinant type E.Coli with DNA Polymerase gene of Thermus aquaticus. It employs Anti-Taq Antibody to exhibit advantages of both hot start PCR enzyme and general Taq Enzyme.
