Services Inspires and enables youth, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Promotes responsible, productive, and caring citizenship. Heart & Soul promotes healthy behavior through public awareness campaigns (radio), community outreach, health fairs, a walking club, screenings, and educational sessions. Baby Institute educates parents on how to purchase and prepare cultural dishes healthier, balance work, exercise with their children, and adopt overall healthy lifestyle behaviors. Mission Fit Possible brings lessons of health, nutrition, and fitness into classrooms starting from kindergarten. Grants awards to projects promoting physical activity, healthy eating, and reducing tobacco use in three municipalities. Pro-BABI promotes continuous breastfeeding for families who place their infants in childcare centers. Also encourages breastfeeding at childcare centers to promote the overall health of infants through decreased rates of obesity, asthma, allergies, and infections and SIDS. Provides nutritional counseling, diabetes and cooking classes Offers a varied array of classes on landscaping, horticulture, specialties, and fine arts all year round. Extreme Health Challenge program educates children and their parents how to relate lifetime healthy habits through interactive puppetry. Families through the distribution of healthy messages including the 5-2-1-Almost None formula for a healthy lifestyle.

Also offers message therapy and metabolic testing. Offers educational programs in nutrition, health, lawn and gardening, and family and consumer science. Green Sprouts Program promotes healthy eating and physical activity by implementing school vegetable gardens. Project Succeed offers health focused Life Skills classes in 11 OCPS schools. Works to better communities by offering programs such as summer camp and diabetes prevention training. It also acts as an area for sports and recreation.
