Admission Requirements An applicant for admission must be a holder of a bachelors degree in Arts or Sciences or a graduate of any four-year course

and must have earned at least 18 units of English courses, 6 units of Mathematics and 18 units of Social Sciences courses. The applicant must submit, for purposes of the entrance examination, the following documents: 1. College Transcript of Scholastic Records. However, if the applicant is graduating in March of the current year, an official copy of transcript containing college records from first year up to the first semester of the fourth year should be submitted; 2. Two (2) current Passport size ID photos; a. Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character bearing the school seal: b. For UST graduates, one of the certificates should come from the Office of Student Affairs and one from the Dean of the college; c. For non-UST graduates, one from the Guidance office or its equivalent and one from the Dean of the college; 3. Applicants who are working must submit an additional Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the current employer. 4. Application and Testing fee; and 5. Duly accomplished application forms. The forms will be issued by the Deans office only upon submission of all the requirements. Upon submission of requirements, the applicant shall take the entrance examination administered by the Student Admission Office. If he passes the written examination, his name shall be included in a list of applicants qualified for an interview. The schedule for interview shall be posted on the bulletin board of the Faculty of Civil Law. After the interview, the list of those admitted for enrollment shall be posted on the same bulletin board. Admission of applicants shall be based on the following factors: 1. the results of the written examination 2. the assessment of the applicant during the interview 3. academic performance in the pre-law program

All admitted applicants are required to submit to the Registrar the following documents before enrollment: 1. Original copy of the official Transcript of Record/s; 2. Original copy of latest Certificate of Graduation bearing the school seal; 3. Honorable Dismissal (for non-UST graduates only); 4. UST Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
