Presentation of PSA Materials:

-The emcees, Mr. felix & Ms. Panes, will present the planned structure of activity to the practicing clinical instructor & clinical instructor. -The food committee, will recount and recheck the food and utensils

To familiarize the flow of the activities

-The Students will be familiarized with their designated tasks in the activity

-To gather as a group for complete attendance - To provide an environment appropriate for our remotivational therapy - Assemble the sound system as well as the other equipments to be used in the afternoon such as chairs and tables To secure the drafts to its appropriate area

-The practicing clinical instructors will check the attendance Physical Set Up The student nurses in the group will be assembling the equipments and arrange the stations Miss Virgo will lead the setup of the sound system as well as the setup of the loptop

Mr. Felix and Ms. Panes will head of the welcoming party; They must guarantee warm environment Miss Abella will direct the positioning of the back drop

Secure all the wirings Provide garbage bag for proper disposal

The food Committee will recheck the food they prepared and ensure the sufficiency of the food; maintain proper food handling The leaders of each group should audit things they had employed

-To formally receive the residents from the nurses on duty -To formally give the responsibility of caring for the residents to the student nurses -To assess for any abnormalities on the vital signs of the residents -To endorse any abnormalities on the vital signs of the residents -To ensure that the residents are physically able to join the prepared acitivites

-The Students nurses will take the vital signs and write down in their jot down notebooks the results as well as to ensure that the residents are properly groomed -Miss Soria will give the name tags for the residents identification

Assembly to the activity area -The students nurses may partially start conversing with the client addressing the concerns of the clients as they usher them to the corresponding seats.

2:45-2:48 -To welcome the residents to formally start the program. -To ask for Gods grace, guidance and presence during the day

-Miss Abella will reiterate the purpose of the activity and set the contact between the student nurses and the residents

Each student nurses will introduce themselves to the audience

-The host will ask for a volunteer to introduce themselves with their name, age, nickname and favorite

Demonstration of Activity: Bagyo-Bahay-Bata

-The assigned hosts will inform the residents about the mechanics of the game. -The Student nurses assigned will do the demonstration of the game. -The Bahay would be the baskets composed of two person who holds hand to a basket like figure. When the it person would say bahay they baskets/bahay will change their positions. -The Bata would be the person inside the basket. When the it person would say bata, the person inside the basket would change their position and go to a different basket - When the it person would say Bagyo. The Bahay( baskets) and the Bata (person inside the basket) will change all their positions. -Whoever is left outside the formed baskets would be it -The assigned hosts will inform the residents about the mechanics of the game. -The Student nurses assigned will do the demonstration of the game. The game consist of 2 groups; team 1 will be the student nurse and team 2 will be the residents. Each team will have 5 members and each team will

-To entertain the residents and evaluate more their immediate memory recall -To facilitate means to know and remember each other

have to chose their own leader. The team leader will have the privilege to chose a member to be the representative of each round. There will be a cloth to cover the separate teams on each of their sides. All group members will sit together and with the go signal, the representative of each side will stand as the cloth who cover the each side will be brought down. After seeing the other groups representative to stand. They will try to identify the representative of the opposing team. Whoever is the first to identify the representative of the opposing team will gain a point. However, if the representative fails to identify the opponent, the other team can steal the chance to identify then other. - The assigned hosts will inform the residents about the mechanics of the game. - The Student nurses assigned will do the demonstration of the game.

There are 10 student nurses in front. After the names of the student nurses are mixed in the basket There are 2 groups of residents, group A and group B. Then, the residents must fall in line for them to pick names in the baskets. The residents must think well who the student nurse they picked. If the student nurse has already given names, the residents are not able to get the names and change to other student nurse. In short touch move. After putting/giving the names, this is the time to count their perspective points. The food committee will facilitate the distribution of the food.

-To allow the residents to eat the snacks prepared by the student

The Students nurses will get the snack for their residents and for themselves. The students nurses will then approach the assigned patients And initiate therapeutic communication. T he host are tasked to award the winning group and also give a consolation prize to the non winning group The residents will be given the time to say what they learned or got from the activity. Miss Salada will lead the closing prayer.

-To clean the hall and ensure to return it to the state before we used it.

After Care

The residents, Student Nurses, PCI and CI will stand for the closing prayer. -Everyone will do the aftercare

-To assess the program made for its weakness and strength -To enumerate parts of the program that needs improvements To ask for Gods grace and guidance as we go home

Post Conference

-The students will audit the materials that was used during the activity -the student nurses will assure that the physical set-up was restored back to its original set up - The practicing clinical instructor will evaluate and give suggestions and recommendations about regarding the activity. Each committee will recommendations about the activity Miss Tarrobago will lead the closing prayer
