CLIENT SERVICES INFORMATION Im portant Changes to Visa Application Charges from 1 July 2013 From 1 July 201 3, new v isa pricing arrangements will be introduced, changing v isa application charges from a single charge at the time of application to a charge per applicant in an indiv idual or combined application. The v isa application charge is the amount of money in Australian Dollars (AUD) that must be paid for a v isa application, unless there is an ex emption. The v isa application charge might be broken into instalments, with one part pay able at the time of application, and another before grant. Depending on y our circumstances, there will be different ty pes of charges included in the total v isa application charge amount that is pay able at the time of lodging a v isa application. Visa Application Charges Pay ment must be included for y our application to be v alid. Pay ment using credit cards are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) - only Master card, V isa, AMEX, Diners and JCB accepted. Note: When pay ing by credit card in Australian Dollars y ou may incur banking and currency conv ersion fees and y ou must accept the risk associated with any currency fluctuations. Please ensure with y our bank that y our daily credit limit and funds are sufficient to cov er the v isa application charge. If y ou do not hav e a credit card, y ou may arrange for another person to pay by credit card on y our behalf. Please ensure the credit card holder signs the authorisation form. Y our application will be returned if: y ou do not include pay ment details, we are unable to deduct the fee from y our credit card y ou authorise us to deduct a fee which is insufficient.
