The P420m solid state drive (SSD) uses Microns cost-effective 25nm multilevel cell (MLC) NAND to deliver enterprise-class PCIe performance at a price accessible to the mainstream market. The P420m provides the same great performance that youve come to expect from Microns PCIe SSDs. And thanks to our MLC NAND technology, the P420m SSD is offered at a more accessible price point with higher capacities and extended performance and enhanced reliability technology (XPERT) features like advanced data path protection. (See the Micron XPERT technical brief for more information.) The P420m drive delivers high performance, low latency, and reduced power consumption for read-intensive applications. It is offered in two compact form factors, including the hotswappable 2.5-inch case. And because the P420 SSD is built by a NAND manufacturer with direct control over the SSD design, manufacturing process, and supply, you get the best that our product innovations, test and compatibility tools, and integrated support structure have to offer.
