“We are very pleased that the teams competing in the Singapore Space Challenge will be
able to use software tools that are currently in use throughout the global space industry. We
are positive that this has made the competition more exciting for the participants and we thank
AGI and TME Systems for their sponsorship,” says Adeline Tung, vice president of the
Singapore Space and Technology Association.”
The Singapore Space Challenge started in 2008 with the goal of inspiring space interests
among tertiary-education students and encouraging their participation in space-related
activities. The competition also strives to promote technical and industrial research, challenge
the thinking process and creativity of students, and prove practicality as well as simplicity in
engineering concept and design. The competition also aspires to provide beneficial, practical
and feasible solutions to the space industry in general. For more, visit
