TRANSFER & RENT-A-CAR


Do you need a transfer from/to the airport? Are you looking for a Car Rental? This tariff does not include all charges. The ticket will not be refunded. The travel date, name and route may be changed no later than 3 hours before the take off time specified on the originally purchased ticked. The tax for changing the travel date or route (allowed only for destinations in the same country) is 40 EUR/travel segment plus a possible difference between the initial tariff and the tariff available on the requested date. The tax for changing the name is 40 EUR/segment for the changes made online on our website. Date and route changes made to the Flexi (Class A) fares are free of charges.Name changes made to these classes will be charged with 40 EUR if the change is made via the website and with 50 EUR if the change is made through the Reservation and Customer Service, our own points of sale or at the airport. Changes of the travel date, name and route are allowed only for the tariff classes that have this option stated in the respective travel conditions and can be made at the Call Center and in the airport, website or travel agencies and sales points. Any name change, made through any distribution channel (website, Reservation and Customer service, airport or other points of sale) includes the possible difference between the initial tariff and the tariff available on the requested date. It is not allowed to change the date, name or route of a ticket at a tariff lower than the tariff paid initially,if a lower tariff is available for the change, the difference will not be refunded. Name changes are no longer allowed on an itinerary once one of the flights on this itinerary has begun, for none of the remaining flights. There are a limited number of tickets for this tariff class. Blue Air does not guarantee any connections with other flights or transportation means.Any arrangement is made at your risk.Passengers must reach the airport for check-in formalities 2 hours before the take off time. Our recommendation is that all passengers should arrive in due time to the check-in desks allocated for each flight, so that all remaining formalities until take off remain in the planned schedule. After the check-in formalities please go as soon as possible to the document checkpoint and afterwards to security control and the boarding gates.The check-in office closes 40 minutes prior to the take off time.Passengers who failed to appear for check-in within the deadline imposed by the company,for whatever reason,shall be deemed as "no show" passengers and shall lose the respective travel segment,without being entitled to receive any refund.You are entitled to have only one carry-on baggage which may not exceed 7 kilos and the size of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. In addition, you have the right to take one laptop, the sizes of which shall not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of four pieces of hold baggage with the maximum dimensions of 100x80x30cm. The fee for every piece of checked-in baggage is of 17 EUR/flight segment, except in the situation in which the checked-in baggage is paid at the departure airport within check-in/ticketing formalities in which case the value will be 30 EUR/flight segment /bag. The maximum allowed weight for the checked-in baggage is of 32 kilos per piece. Baggage weight cannot be accumulated between two or more passengers.Starting with July 7th, 2011, for children up to 2 years old (Infants), a free checked-in baggage up to 32 kg is accepted. If a stroller of one or more pieces is brought for the infant, it will be considered checked-in baggage, and other baggage will be charged according to the conditions of carriage for luggage for adults. A checked-in baggage should not exceed the maximum weight of 32 kilos.The responsibility to get informed on border crossing conditions is incumbent on passengers.If passengers fail to fulfill the respective conditions, the plane ticket will not be refunded and no change will be permitted.Blue Air offers free online check-in service, available for all the flights with departure from Bucharest, Sibiu, Bacau, Rome, Larnaca, Nice, Malaga, Barcelona, Paris, Brussels and Valencia. Passengers have to print their boarding pass and show it at the boarding gate, border police and security check, together with the rest of the necessary travel documents. There will be a fee for the check-in done at the airport; you will pay 5 euro at the moment of booking, at our official selling points, partner agencies, through the Call Center or when added afterwards on our website and you will pay 10 euro at the airport on the day you fly. For the flights to Great Britain, the online check-in service is not available due to supplementary security requests, so the airport check-in is free. The online check-in service is available with maximum 14 days before the flight date and up to 3 hours before take-off. Passengers with only carry-on baggage will show their already printed boarding pass directly at the gate with minimum 60 minutes before take-off. Passengers with checked-in baggage will have to go at the Checked-in Baggage Offices, with minimum 90 minutes before take-off. CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
1. The ticket shall be valid as long as Blue Air operates on the respective destination. 2. Changes of the travel date, name and route are allowed only for the tariff classes that have this option stated in the respective travel conditions and can be made at the Call Center and in the airport. 3. No seat is given to an infant; it shall sit in its parent?s arms. 4. The fiscal invoice can be requested in an interval of 30 days after the purchase of the ticket from our office in Otopeni Airport, or any Blue Air sales point, provided that you bought the ticket from www.blueairweb.com website. 5. For special services please contact one of our Call Centers (list available at http://www.blueairweb.com/Util-Infos/Call-Center), in Bucuresti Henri Coanda International Airport or at our representative office in the destination airports. 6. You are not allowed to introduce in your checked- in baggage money, jewelry, precious metals, laptop computers, personal electronic items, important papers, documents, passports or other identity documents. The failure to respect such recommendation exonerates us from any liability related to the loss, deterioration or destruction of the above-mentioned items, which may occur during handling or transportation. 7. Acceptance of baggage by the holder of the baggage identification tag without any claim upon delivery is sufficient evidence that the baggage was delivered under proper conditions and according to the Carriage Agreement. All claims shall be made in writing. The deadline for the settlement of claims in case of lost or deteriorated baggage shall be 45 days from the submission date of the claim and damages shall be paid within 90 days. Blue Air shall not take into consideration any claim submitted after that period. 8. We reserve our right to refuse your carriage in the following situations: 8.1 you have a visible state of anxiety further to alcohol or drug consumption and your behavior may jeopardize the safety of the flight; 8.2. your health condition is not good and you do not have the doctor's recommendation regarding your ability to travel by plane; 8.3 if during a previous flight with our company you had an inappropriate behavior and we have reasons to believe that this will happen again; 8.4. if you refuse to comply with our conditions regarding the content, form and sizes of your baggage; 8.5 if you refuse the performance of the security check for you or your baggage; 8.6 if you failed to pay the tariffs, charges or overcharges related to the flight, that are valid on your travelling date; 8.7 if you fail to observe our instructions regarding flight safety and security; 8.8 if you threat or insult the members of Blue Air crew and/or employees 9. Passengers may bring on board one re-sealable plastic bag that is a maximum size of 1 litre .The liquids must be placed in separate, 100 ml (3.5 fl oz) containers that fit into the transparent bag, which passengers must then present at security check- points. 10. We do not guarantee that we may provide a particular seat inside the plane and you will agree to accept any seat you will be offered. You are able to reserve a specific seat on the aircraft along with your ticket, paying a fee of 3 Eur/seat/flight segment with the exception of Extra Leg Room seats for which you will be charged 10 Eur/seat/flight segment. If you chose not to have a seat assigned at the purchase of the ticket you will be assigned one at check-in. We reserve our right to assign seats even after boarding on the aircraft. This may be necessary for operational, flight safety or security reasons. 11. If we deem that your behavior aboard the aircraft jeopardizes the aircraft or any person or good aboard, or disturbs the members of the crew during the flight, or does not comply with the instructions of the crew, including those relating to smoking, drug or alcohol consumption or if you behave in such a manner as to trigger discomfort, inconveniences, damages or injury of passengers or members of the crew, we may take any measures necessary to prevent the continuation of such conduct, including immobilization. You may be disembarked and may not be allowed to make any future travel at any time and may also be held liable under criminal law for the offences perpetrated aboard the aircraft. If, because of your conduct, we are forced to divert the aircraft to a destination that had not been previously established and compel you to leave the aircraft, you shall pay to us all the costs resulting further to such fortuitous landing and the potential penalties imposed on us by the authorities of the country where we landed.Thank you for choosing Blue Air!

Starting with the 25th of March 2010 for all the flights that depart from Sibiu International Airport and Bacau International Airport our check-in service will open 3 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
