Foreword by Kelvin Balogun, CEWA Business Unit President One of my pet elds is the military. I am intrigued by their mission orientation. They do more than show up for duty. They are people on a mission and their agenda is to win. To them, victory isnt classied by the size of their armament and resources alone. It is dened by a erce passion and relentless determination to execute their strategy in a regimented approach, leaving no stone unturned. From this observation, I have drawn several parallels for our business: We are people on a journey. Our goal is to win in the marketplace and to build the best business system in emerging markets. Our armaments are not merely our market assets, but a disciplined execution of our CORE AGENDA, driven by passion and belief, adherence to our values, strategic alignment with our partners, and a mind-set of constructive discontent. Through disciplined action, we will execute our plans and deliver our commitments, but with nesse in execution, we will strive for the next level and excel.
