INTRODUCTION
Most students in todays generation has to make an important choice about their careers in the future. They do not realize how many other jobs are there in the industry apart from the one that are most common for eg accountant, engineers , doctors , investment banker and etc. A recent reddit thread asked for some great careers that university students have no idea of its existence such as Tower tecnician , Unexploded ordnance technician, Court stenographer, Anaesthesiology assistant and lots more (Max Nisen,2013).

To get in to application development industry it is not that expensive. It has low cost entry barrier and there are lots of programmer out there who can help building the application .

All though there are lots of educational application in the market(Rao, 2014) there is no application in the market which has the same functionalities as this app so at this point there is no Rivalry among existing competitor .
Overall attractiveness of the industry: The Education Application industry is an attractive industry to enter as the industry analysis shows most of porters five forces are low , which shows that the education application industry is good to enter.
3.3 Customers and Their Needs
Our Customers are all the students who are studying or planning to study in university or other institution. This Application will provide them information in one place rather than surfing all over the internet to find different information and it will also save them time to look for the information online.
Our application is simple to use and manage. Once you enter what your interest are it will connect to all different degrees and majors, also which universities or institution provide them and based on that it will show you what jobs are there related to the study discipline . This application will also show what is the current market for those jobs and predictions for its future availability.

Our suppliers are application developers and programmer who can provide their programming service and also updating the application. Our partner would be apple and google as they are the main source who can put our application in their market so users can download it for free (Wikipedia,2014). Another partner would be territary institution
which will give us the information about the study degrees they provide and Recruitment agencies which users can upgrade for job vacancies.
Our Application is targeted to all the students studying for higher qualification after their high school or currently studying in territiary which is a broad market and it will be provided at a low cost . The overall strategy is therefore Cost leadership
3.7 Value Chain Activity: Service after sale
The most important value chain activity for this business is Service After sale, which will benfits for students after downloading the application and this application will provide unlimited control and use of the application after downloading. As the application will be developed overtime, the students will get updated version of the application such as new jobs opportunities in their chosen field or any other upgrade on bugs/problems.

Generating growth information system allows us to do what our customer needs . The business can spend more time improving the application for the customers which will generate growth for the business . Without information system the application would not be as good for the customer experience. Applying information system allow our business to be more productive and help us in all areas of the business.
