Transformer and Switchgear. Rehabilitation and reconditioning of Low

Voltage, Medium Voltage, and High Voltage Transformers and Switchgear equipment including oil evacuation, filtering, re-circulation, insulation testing, and re-filling; re-gasketting; solvent treatment; vacuum treatment; and degasifying. Also includes extraction, filling, and analysis of SF6 Gas on SF6 Gas Circuit Breakers; Thermal scanning of substation electrical equipment; Repair and alignment of HV disconnect switches; Assessment, reconditioning and installation of other Substation and Switchgear equipment and accessories.

Provide services such as disassembly/ reassembly, inspection, repair/rewinding and reconditioning of Generator stator and rotor; cooling tower motor, pump motor, and other plant electrical motors accessories; Reconditioning, rewinding, and repair of power and control transformers; re-wedging and re-stacking of stator core; Balancing of different types and sizes of rotors such as turbine, generator, forced draft fan, induced draft fan, impeller, screw conveyor un-loader motor, etc. We also offer evaluation and assessment for plant electrical equipment prior for repair using test equipment such as Surge Comparison Tester, Hipot Tester, and Insulation Tester.
