2) INFORMATION ON MAINTENANCE:
a. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERVENTION: Before any maintenance work, the safety instructions must be taken into account by those doing the work. The frequencies of work are given as an example and defined according to an estimation corresponding with: 1 week = 125 hours machine opration; 2 weeks = 250 hours machine opration; 1 month = 500 hours machine opration; 3 months = 1500 hours machine opration; 6 months = 3000 hours machine opration; 1 year = 6000 hours machine operation;

For any work not defined in the general maintenance plan, you should contact FEGE. Compliance with safety instructions, procedures, frequencies of intervention and recommended industrial products necessary for the operation of different mechanical systems (grease, oil, tools, etc.) ensures optimal operation of the machine. Failure to follow these recommendations may cause deterioration to the equipment and injury to those working on the machine. The maintenance sheet are information documents. They are ranked in increasing order. b. DESCRIPTION OF THE VARIOUS TYPES OF MAINTENANCE:

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:
It helps avoid downtime through proactive planning of maintenance operations.

CURATIVE MAINTENANCE:
It is maintenance of the moment. It is generally ad hoc and allows technical components to be replaced quickly without any production stoppages.
