Dear Parents, MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS Can I please remind parents if you need to take your child out of school for an appointment which would cause your child to miss morning registration, that you please ring school if they are on a hot dinner and order this in advance. This could even be done the day before, but please come to the office not to the class teacher. Thank you PUNCTUALITY Parents are again kindly reminded that juniors doors will be shut and locked at 8.50am and infant doors will be shut at 8.55am. Should your child be late and arrive after this time, please ensure that you sign your children into school via the main entrance of the school at the school office. PANCAKES! TUESDAY 4

TH

MARCH
th

In addition to our normal school dinners, on Tuesday the 4 March the kitchen will be serving pancakes as a dessert option. If you would like your child to have a hot dinner on this day, please send in a named envelope with 2.30 to cover the cost. This is available to all children from Reception year 6. SAINSBURYS ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS Sainsburys ACTIVE KIDS vouchers will be provided from our local stores from 29th January to 20th May 2014. I hope you are aware that these make a huge difference to our school as they are collected keenly in order to purchase free resources for many areas of our curriculum. I would be very grateful if you would please try your very best to collect and return them to our school office. Dont be frightened to ask others in your queue if they have no need for them and get your friends and family all doing the same! I have set an ambitious target of 40,000 token to be collected! Your help is, as always, very much appreciated. POLITE PARKING We have had a small handful of parents who have persisted in parking over residents driveways which has caused irritation as they have tried to get to work in the mornings. Please show high levels of consideration when dropping your children off at school.
