Mobile Internet Step 1 ( To configured Bluetooth )

1. 2. Click Start Click Control Panel 5. 6. Select My device is set-up and ready to be found Make sure that your Bluetooth on your 3G mobile handset is switched on and Click Next

3. Then Click Bluetooth Devices 7.

Select the device you wish to use. Then click Next.

8. Select Choose a passkey for me and Click Next.

The following screen will pop up and your handset will prompt you to enter the passkey. Enter the passkey displayed on your PC/Notebook (e.g. 46482277)

10. Your computer will install your Bluetooth device.

NOTE: THESE STEPS VARIES FROM COMPUTERS TO COMPUTER OR NOTEBOOKS. (THE STEPS SHOWN ARE BETWEEN THE ACER 3202XCi NOTEBOOK WITH NOKIA 6630)

Mobile Internet Step 2 (To set Internet Access to your PC)


5. Click Next > 1. Click Start 2. Click Control Panel

6. Choose Connect to the Internet, then Click Next> 3. Then Click Network Connections

7. Choose Set up my connection manually, then Click Next> 4. Click Create a new connection

8. Choose Connect using a dial-up modem, then Click Next>

11. Under Phone number, type *99#, then Click Next>

9. Select the bluetooth link if using bluetooth connection or the modem if using USB connection, then Click Next>

12. Click Next>

Leave Empty

13. Select add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop,then Click Finish 10. After typing in your selected any ISP name (e.g.b.mobile 3G), Click Next>

14. You will next see this screen with the latest connection (in this case b.mobile 3G) highlighted.

You are now all set up to use your b.mobile 3G handset for Mobile Internet. Step one Enable the Bluetooth on your Notebook and your b.mobile 3G handset and put them nearby to each other OTHERWISE Plug in the USB cable that is part of the 3G handset accessory into the phone and the PC/Notebook. Step 2 Click on the Desktop Icon that you have just set up. You should be connected almost immediately. NOTE: THE PROCEDURES DIFFERS WITH DIFFERENT COMPUTERS/NOTEBOOKS.

15. Right click on the mouse and click on Properties

16. Click on Options. Then click on Prompt for name and password, certificate, etc and Prompt for phone number to uncheck it. Next click OK.
