Officer Beldin reports...On 05-12-08 at 0141 hrs, officers were dispatched to Wild Bills Saloon, 1454 S. 92nd Street for a fight. On arrival, I met with Jeremy D. Schick and Timothy D. Lindstadt outside the bar. Schick and Lindstadt admitted shoving each other around inside the bar after exchanging insults between each other. Schick is apparently the ex-boyfriend of Lindstadf's current girlfriend. I spoke with on-duty bartender Vanessa L. Collins who said that nothing happened and denied that anyone from the bar called the police. All the patrons inside the bar also denied calling the police. There did not appear to be any injuries or any damage inside the bar. All parties stated that did not want any police involvement and did not want to pursue this incident any further. Collins was advised that someone from Wild Bills Saloon should attempt to call the police in future incidents of this nature. Tavern Report to be completed.

West Allis Police Department Call Detail Report

OFFICER FLETCHER REPORTS..TROUBLE CALL...1454AS. 92 ST...On 10/19/08 at approximately 0401 hrs, I responded to the above location for a report of people fighting with and one of the subjects had a bat. Upon arrival, officers met with Linda M. Schroeder...F/W...DOB:02/19/57 and David D. Wagie...M/W...DOB:05/07/71. They indicated Schroeder's live-in boyfriend, Joseph M. Niedzielski...M/W...DOB:06/27/63, was at Wild Bill's bar and became angry with other patrons. Joseph, David and several unidentified people from the bar argued in the parking lot. Joseph went to his apartment and retrieved a bat. The parties continued to verbally argue and David took the bat away from Joseph. David then returned the bat and Joseph and Linda walked to their apartment. David followed and they started to enter the apartment. Joseph turned around and said, "If you want her you can have and pushed Linda's shoulders." He then entered the apartment and Linda followed. Once in the apartment Joseph broke a vase. Linda stated she followed him inside in order to prevent him from leaving and fighting in the parking lot. Linda indicated Joseph never physically touched her and his anger was directed at the people from the bar and not her. Joseph was not on-scene when officers arrived. Based upon the above statements, probable cause did not exist to arrest Joseph for a domestic violence incident. Linda retrieved some belongings and chose to leave the apartment for the night. I informed Linda to call police if she has any problems when she returned to the apartment. Contact Contact Schroeder, Linda M F W 02/19/1957 1454 S 92 St,A West Allis.
