SPECIFICATION AND SCOPE OF WORK

FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HIGH CONVECTION WORKBASE WITH HEATING BELL, COOLING BELL & VALVE STAND FOR BELL TYPE BRIGHT ANNEALING PLANT EBNER FACILITY, CAPACITY 20MT/WORK BASE This will consist of : 1. Work Base - 1 No WORKBASE, COMPLETE, GLUEHSOCKEL, KOMPL. TYPE Hoe 140/310, Ms-H2-B, Suitable for EBNER 2784 Facility/or. suitable to work up to 700C Replacement High Convection Workbase, workbase corresponds to the work base standard in 5A version with combined diffuser assembly designed and fabricated in keeping with the most recent design and fabrication guidelines, consisting of following items: 1.1. Sturdy base frame welded up gas tight from steel sections 1.2. Weight of charge is borne by support rings, latest design 1.3. Metal heat resistant casing filled with insulation material 1.4. Heat resistant diffuser designed for best possible atmosphere flow, with built in support structure to take weight of charge 1.5. Water cooled seal element to provide hermetic seal when inner cover is placed on work base 1.6. Inlet and outlets for process atmosphere, two interconnected 1.7. Inlet and outlet for cooling water 1.8. Fan unit and impeller 1.9. Motor cover 1.10. Thermocouple (located on the outside of cylindrical section) with T/C extension wire 1.11. Work base complete with supports for shipping 1.12. Heating bell supports 1.13. Assembly, installation & commissioning. 2. Heating Bell 1 No HEATING BELL, ELECTRICALLY HEATED COMPLETE HEIZHAUBE, E-BEHEIZT, KOMPL, Type: 140/310 HOE-MS-B, SIZE: 140/310 Ms-H2-B, suitable for EBNER facility 2784, Max. operating temperature 700C : Fitted with thermal insulation of the newest generation, in line with the latest design and fabrication guidelines, consisting of following scope of supply and services : 2.1. Welding steel plate shell reinforced with steel section, and with reinforced roof or shifting by crane. 2.2. Guide arms for positioning the heating bell accurately 2.3 High quality fiber module refractory lining and thermal insulation installed in wall and roof of heating bell 2.4. Sealing element around the rim of the heating bell to seal off the heating chamber. 2.5. Electric heating system consisting of CrNi alloyed resistance material, coiled and stretched to the correct length, fitted with resistance terminal studs, supplied separately to be installed on side. 2.6. Connection for air supply to heating bell 2.7. Cover for enclosing electrical terminals 2.8. Upper section of contact mechanism 2.9. Cables for connecting the upper section of the contact mechanism to the terminal studs of the heating system. 2.10. Assembly, installation & commissioning.

3. Cooling Bell 1 No COOLING BELL FOR BRIGHT ANNEALING FURNACE, COOLING BELL COMPLETE, KUEHLHAUBE , KOMPL, Type 140/310 HOE-MS-B Size 140/310 HOE-MS-B, suitable for EBNER facility 2784, of the newest generation, in line with the latest design and fabrication guidelines, consisting of Following scope of supply and services : 3.1. Steel sheet structure reinforced with steel section, with reinforced roof and lifting device for lifting by means of a over head crane. 3.2. Guide arms, welded version for aligning cooling bell with workbase, supplied separately with the relevant weld filler material, for welding on site. 3.3. Two cooling air blower supplied separately 3.4. Water spray system in top of bell 3.5. Water piping with fitting, coupling and hose to connect to the value stand cooling water supply. 3.6. All cooling bell shell parts in contact with water are in stainless stell. 3.7. Electrical cabinet, wired, supplied separately. 3.8 Power plug and control line plug connector, and cables for connecting to the blower motors and plugs. 3.9. Assembly, installation & commissioning. 4. Valve Stand 1 Set VALVE STAND 1 SET FOR WORKBASE, COMPLETE, GLUEHSOCKEL, KOMPL, TYPE Hoe 140/310, Ms-H2-B, Suitable for EBNER 2784 Facility/or suitable to work up to 700C or comprising following scope of supply and services: 4.1. Instrument as per EBNER drawing 315625, item 1 until 42 4.2. Pipe fitting as per EBNER drawing 43307, item 1 until 50 4.3. Pipes, tubes and support material as per piece list no. 540991, item 51 until 111 (yard goods) 4.4. Oil separator, constant pressure valve, (including tool for valve seat), limit switch mounting and hand actuator for blobe valves, EBNER drawing 119494 and piece list no. 540991 item 43 until 49 4.5. Firm to assemble, install, commission the unit on site. Firm also needs to provide all necessary cables, cable pipes, supports, paint and painting material. 5. The above supply of work base, Heating Bell, cooling Bell and value stand must have acceptable with existing Ammonia cracking system, existing Nitrogen line & other existing electrical panel/system. 6. The above system must have acceptable existing cooling water supply lines, drainage line etc and supply will include vent lines, vacuum pipes with sensor, coupling for electrical and control lines, guide post, proximity switches, precision steel pipe fittings, hydraulic fittings, all necessary valves like butter fly valves, piston valves, solenoid valve, pressure switches, vacuum switches, N2/NH3 floats, control panel vent and vacuum chamber, existing PLC system etc. Firm rep. may visit the site for actual assessment of supplies required.

PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR OTE

(FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HIGH CONVECTION WORKBASE WITH HEATING BELL, COOLING BELL & VALVE STAND)

1)

Interested manufactures of Bell type bright annealing furnaces or their authorized dealers should have past experience of successful completion of Supply, Installation & Commissioning of High Convection Work Base with Heating Bell, Cooling Bell, Inner Cover & Valve stand for Heat Treatment of Brass coils having a capacity of minimum 10 MT each Work Base and temperature upto 700C with Nitrogen & Hydrogen atmosphere.

2)

Firms are also required to give the list of documentary evidence of supplies and commissioning of bell type bright annealing furnace as a proof of experience in the same field through scanned copies.
