II. QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Clerk-cum-Cashiers (a) BA/B.Sc/B.Com/B.B.M/BCA degree of a Recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for all candidates. 2) Clerk-cum-Stenographers Qualification : Graduation with Senior Typewriting & Senior Shorthand both in English and Kannada having knowledge of Computer.

3) Any Degree/Technical Degree other than those specified above will not be considered and such applications will be rejected. 4) Preference will be given to those Candidates who have qualification and experience in Co-operation subjects. 5) Computer knowledge is essential for all the above posts.

III. NO. OF POSTS: The number of posts at present are 77 and the Bank reserves the right to increase/decrease the no. of posts at the time of recruitment as per requirement.

IV) AGE LIMIT As on 11-06-2012, the Candidates should have attained the age of 18 years and should not have crossed the age of 38 years in case of SC/ST/Category I, 36 years in case of other Backward castes/Backward Communities and 33 years in case of General candidates. The non-refundable application fee of Rs.300/- in case of General Merit & other backward caste/community viz., category 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates and Rs.200/- in case of SC/ST/Category I and Ex-Servicemen candidates in the form of DD/PO payable at Bangalore favouring The CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, KSC Apex Bank Ltd., Bangalore shall be enclosed to the application. The Candidates who will be called for Written Test/Interview/skill test, shall attend at their own cost and no TA/DA will be paid by the Bank. The candidates who have already applied within time for one ST Backlog post of Clerk-cum-Stenographer in response to our Notification No. CEO/Est/Recruitment/ 2011-12, dated 25-11-2011, need not apply again. Non-production of required Certificates/Testimonials, Self attested/Attested by Gazetted Officers along with the application will result in the rejection of the application. The candidates selected shall be on probation for a period of one year and the selected candidates shall pay a Security Deposit of Rs.20,000/- to the Bank in cash and Indemnity Bond for Rs.50,000/The number of posts at present are 77 and the Bank reserves the right to increase/decrease the no. of posts at the time of recruitment based on requirement.

Mode of selection
(1) Clerk-cum-Cashier Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test & interview. On the basis of total Marks obtained in the qualified Degree Examinations, the Candidates will be called for written examination in a specified ratio. Based on the marks obtained in the Written Examination, candidates will be called for interview in a specified ratio. (2) Clerk-cum-Stenographer :Written Test will be conducted as at (1) above. Based on the marks obtained in the Written Examination, candidates will be called for interview in a specified ratio and before interview skill test in Typing & Shorthand will be conducted. (4) Special grace mark of 01 will be given to the Candidates at the time of Interview who have passed Degree/Diploma/Post-graduate in Co-operation subjects. (5) For all the posts mentioned above, selection will be made only after totaling the marks obtained in Written Examination and marks obtained in the interview in a specified ratio by following merit & Reservation.

(6) The Candidates who have called for Written Test/Interview shall attend at their own cost and no TA/DA will be paid by the Bank. f) The Bank is having every right to reject/cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
The Banks decision in this regard is final and it is binding on all candidates.
