WHO

Rosa Zaragoza, started her professional singing career in 1984, inspired by

discovering the lyrics to Jewish-Catalan songs from the 15th century. She
performed these songs in a tour through Israel, New York and all over
Europe. She then began working with both religious and secular material
from the three cultures of the Iberian Peninsula: Jewish, Muslim and
Christian.

As a singer, Rosa is always seeking to revive songs that speak to us about

Mediterranean culture and its roots. She has performed in some of the most
important Mediterranean and Mystic music festivals in Europe, Lebanon,
Turkey, Tunisia and Israel. Rosa founded and is the artistic director for the
Mystic Music Festivals of Barcelona (2000 and 2001) and Valencia (2001).
Rosa has created 11 CDs in all to date.

Krishnataki, originally from Greece, has been teaching Thai Yoga massage,
Chavutti Thirumal and yoga since 1998 having lived and studied in Thailand
and India.

Takis is passionate about organic farming, Chinese medicine, cooking and

nutrition and incorporates aspects of yoga, meditation and Qi Gong into all
his courses. He is a senior massage teacher of the Sunshine Network, and has
trained with Thai massage masters Pichest Boonthume and Chayuth Priyasith
among others.

Pau Castellsagué, was introduced to the practice of Yoga by the light of his
younger brother Wari. Meeting his teacher Soma in the Navarra mountains
was the height to the awakening of his spiritual being. His path is full of joy
and gratitude as auspicious teachers cross by him every step of the way:
Jordi, Dolors, Laurino, Takis, Jason, Jenny, Soma, Goenka...

AcroYoga is the Jedi sword that helps Pau face this amazing adventure called
life with a big smile.
WHERE
OMSHANTI. Yoga studio in Granollers, outside hills of Barcelona. A one hour train ride from Barcelona’s airport.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The options available are to sleep in simple shared rooms on thick mats or to camp.

WHAT TO BRING
THICK sleeping bag, blankets, towel, sticky yoga mat, re-usable water bottle, notebook and pen, tent (if you choose
to camp). Any instrument you play… and your Karma yoga spirit!!

· New Year’s Eve Celebration starts on Thursday 31st at 3pm and finishes after the concert.
· Thai Massage & AcroYoga 5-day course starts on Friday 1st at 3pm and finishes on Tuesday 5th after lunch.
