Schematic top view of TTR-41 & photo index of photos A, B, C, D, E, F & G shown below & in the following pages.
Photo A: TTR-41 primary phase 1U HV winding showing one side of the damage. This side of the HV coil has ruptured, cracked & burnt as evidenced by the cracks & black smoke. 1 of 7
Photo B: A close-up of the ruptured, cracked & burnt portion of TTR-41 primary phase 1U HV winding.
Photo C.1: Lower part of TTR-41 primary phase 1U HV winding with signs of burning; the black smoke indicate more or less the locations of the HV windings vertical air ducts (hidden).

Photo C.2: Bottom view of TTR-41 primary phase 1V HV winding; note the windings resin which has slowly melted & dripped out of one of the HV windings vertical air ducts.
Photo D: TTR-41 primary phase 1U HV winding showing another side of the damage. Here, the very hot melted resin has found a way out of the cast winding by creating a hole. Upon getting out of the hole & because of the presence of air, the resin has started to burn & flow down at the same time as evidenced by the charring & black smoke.

Photo E: TTR-41 primary phase 1V HV winding (middle winding) showing signs of overheating & bulging. Fiberglass mesh binder is normally hidden inside the resin cast but in this case it has started to appear because of the bulging hot winding.
Photo F: TTR-41 primary phase 1W winding showing tell-tale signs of internal overheating. Note the encircled blackened part which is already bulging & about to rupture.

Photo G: Visible signs on inner side of doors: 1) Short-circuit blast from the ruptured portion of TTR-41 primary phase 1U winding; & 2) Burning of melted resin.
