State and Local Agency lists are in separate worksheets, and are subject to change. Instructions for converting Tier-2 load rating files to scoping load rating files. This process applies to load ratings for job scoping purposes preformed by or for Oregon Bridge Delivery Partners, and does not apply to ODOT Load Rating contracts.

LRFR_Interim_Scoping_Guidelines.doc Interim version of the ODOT LRFR Manual , a work in progress. Use of this interim manual is limited to load ratiings of RCDG structures by OBDP for job scoping purposes only. Content is subject to change in the final ODOT LRFR Manual. Specifically, liveload factors are expected to change based on a calibration procedure using weigh-in-motion data for Oregon truck traffic, and the manual will be incrementally expanded to include procedures for additional structure types.
