Some people attend college education for better qualification. But others do to improve their academic knowledge. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Through human history, obtaining knowledge has been an ever- lasting endeavor. Some people enroll higher education because of certificate; meanwhile, others chase university to enhance their insights into specific fields. In the following essay, the reasons for this will be discussed along with my perspective.

On the one hand, the fact that many societies have given high weight to qualification is the primary reason for attending college not because of knowledge. For example, university graduates are of good opportunity to earn more handsome income than college graduates do. One particularly current community, in which the job seekers could properly have job offers straightforwardly if they own university qualification, is Vietnam. Additionally, some students just need qualification in order to cater the taste of their current jobs. Many blue collars have to earn university records just to get promotion, even if it is not necessary for their career.

On the other hand, gaining academic is essential to almost all students. In our knowledge-based society, students are encouraged to continue studying after university for advantages in future, especially those who are pursuing science fields. Besides, having deep pool of knowledge is an asset making people become more confident, well- rounded employee. For instance, rich knowledge is helpful in fulfilling tasks more successfully, and good academic record is useful in competitions, scholarship application.

In conclusion, differences in purposes of studying could account for this contrast. As far as I am concerned, while attending institutes students should better channel into their study for outstanding performances, good outcome.

People buy products because that stuff fulfills their needs, not for promotion or advertising. So advertisements have entertaining function than promotion. Do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, along with mushrooming economies, advertising industry has developed dramatically. Some adopt a view that commercials are useful to increase sale record; meanwhile, others argue that they do not pay off in luring the audience. As far as I am concerned, the role of advertising is somewhat necessary in the development of company.

Firstly, to newly marketed products, drawing peoples attention is essential. Therefore, introducing appealing advertisement is a good means to approach to target customers. This is especially important in highly competitive markets nowadays. Pepsi beverage which was launched latter but shortly took over Coca and had large market share thanks to good marketing campaign is a typical example on this. Secondly, advertisements assume pivotal role to rocket sale record when they contain promotion like discount price.

However, they are to bring problems. In some cases, producers consciously added twisted facts so as to get promotion. This usually has credit cost. Nowadays, customers are able to access to products information through many different channels such as internet forum, customer protection committee. Thereby, dishonest information will bring down the company if they are released. Less seriously, in the long run, commercials hardly encourage viewers to buy quantity instead of quality. For example, Nokia company has spent loud budget on marketing but it has had its days due to the ever-changing major of hi-tech products.

In conclusion, advertisement have indispensable role to start up companies or in sale seasons. Yet, as every garden has its weeds, in the long term, they do not have strong influence on final decision of purchase of the audience.

Leading media are reported many negative social problems such as violence and crimes what are the reasons for this and should the government restrict it?
Over the past few decades, mass media has development in leaps and bounds. Beside its benefits, it has been committed for the soaring of (soar is verb not noun the soaring) violence and crime rate. In the following essay, the sources behind this phenomenon will be discussed, along with suggestion for the authorities.

Firstly, media has gained currency but it also has brought disadvantages. As a result of sticking to monitor to play games, many tender, vulnerable adolescents have adopted misguided belief or inadequate behavior. The mass murderer (= who has killed a lot of people) in Norway, in which the criminal caused the death of 68 people, attributed to the obsession of brutal online games. Secondly, another reason that has added fuel to the fire is the lack of education in family. In fact, the life has been increasingly paced, making parents do not have enough time to take care of their children. Thereby, media have become close friends to their offspring.

To solve this problem, we should first confront with its root cause. At the heart of a matter is the wide popularity of dangerous information or uncensored content. The watchdogs are highly recommended to work more effectively, restrict that info (information is uncountable noun- that info) before publishment. Additionally, the law makers are advised to provide tax incentive to double-income families. This policy would probably help the parents to have more time with their children, replacing the role of media in childrens life. A good case in this point is Japan where the homemakers are fully supported by government including tax payment, medical care.

In conclusion, the rapid development of mass media and the paced life has been the main reason for the increase of violence and crimes in society. The legislators should better have proactive actions to address this headache.

Cheap air flight will increase the local income in tourism, so the local people should support this transport. What are the effects in both individuals as well as the society?
Over the past few decades, aviation industry has developed in leaps and bounds. Thanks to this, many tourism destinations have been benefited significantly. In the following essay, its marked influences of affordable flights on indigenous people and local communities will be discussed.

Firstly, the locals are of a good opportunity to increase their income. As a result of providing good services or selling typically local products, native businessmen could earn a handsome income easily. A good case in this point is Vietnam, in which tourism industry is a backbone. The rapid development of this country is linked to the mushrooming of aviation companies. Secondly, it also contributes to the culture exchange. The inhabitants are able to meet and talk to people from many different culture backgrounds. This increase the interpersonal interaction between them and foreigners, helping them enhance their knowledge and foreign languages. Concededly, this practice would be a valuable asset to them in future.

To host countries, their national revenues could be expanded tremendously. More often than not, aviation companies are charged high taxes for parking, transition. This is feasible to big international airport. Apart from this, foreign visitors also accompany with a flow of foreign currency to adopted countries, soaring the income from money exchange. Besides, their citizens and foreigners have more changes to gain mutual understanding, learn from each other. In national scale, this is meaningful in promoting the picture of their hometowns.

In conclusion, as every garden has its weed. However, cheap flights have more advantages than disadvantages both two the locals and their society.

Individuals rather than the government or other groups should always concern personal health. Do you agree or disagree?
Through human history, having sound life has been an ever-lasting endeavor. Some people adopt a view that everyone should take care of their own health; however, others argue that the authorities have instrumental role in this issue. As far as I am concerned the joined efforts of both are necessary.

Firstly, each civilian is advised to have consciousness about diseases prevention. In fact, our life has been increasingly paced and the majority of modern citizens spend most of their time in working places, reducing physical activities. Accumulatively, they adopt sedentary lifestyle. America in which many of their citizens are subject to obesity, diabetes, attributed to the serious lack of doing exercises is a good case in this point. Additionally, bad habits such as smoking, alcoholism should be abandoned by people, not the government can do it.

Secondly, the law makers are recommended to fulfill their responsibility for improving living standards. The scientists should take proactive actions to have further achievement in finding out new treatments, novel therapies for lethal diseases. For example, human are having pending problems in curing HIV, cancers. Admittedly, these cannot be solved at individual scale. Besides, over the past few decades, we have witnessed the rise of global pandemic like H5N1, SARS. To infectious diseases, the legislators have decisive role in introducing new regulations which restrict international tourists, transnational travelling.

In conclusion, it is essential to the mutual efforts from both individuals and governments to obtain a healthy society.

In fact, having a life of well-being has been an ever-lasting endeavor of human. Some adopt a view that public facilities should be the higher priority of the authority; however, the opponents argue that national budget allocated more in military for national defense purposes. In the following essay, the justification to support this opinion will be discussed, along with my perspective.

On the one hand, good medical service and advanced education has an instrumental role for the stability of development. Learning makes people wise, uneducation (this word do not appear in dictionary), otherwise. The well-rounded students will contribute to national economy importantly. Therefore, the educators are highly recommended to provide outstanding education to general public for the future of their nation. Similarly, sound life will ensure solidarity of community. There are many pending health problems that cannot be solved at individual scale such as global a pandemic, infectious disease, but the law makers can. Thus, governments are advised to take proactive actions in disease prevention.

On the other hand, the ignorance of national defense is also a grave mistake. Over the past few decades, the rapid expansion of certain countries has posed threats to their neighbors. A good case in this point is the tense contest between China and other Asian countries. By this, less developed nations are encouraged to arm their military with advanced weapons in advance. For instance, Vietnam has increased their budget for military investing more in purchasing submarines, aircraft carriers, unmaned aircrafts.

In conclusion, to the nations which are threatened with war, having more expenditure in national defense is reasonable. To peaceful countries, their governments should focus on improving public facility.
