I want to study and do research in the field of photonics application particularly to above project to explore the extent to which photonics can be coupled with matter to delve into further research and various problems concerning the interactions of light with matter and it effects especially with the goal of exploring new schemes in these fields, their characterization, and their application. Prior to this I qualified my MSC in computational physics with good grade and percentage .To develop interest in myself I took a project in MSC instead of a course work which entitled as bound state of a particle in three dimension. I developed a program in C++ also in Mathematica by using shooting method .I used different potential e.g. Coulomb potential ,Yukawa potential ,Finite well potential to find out the bound state of various particles particularly Hydrogen atom and compared our results with experimental results and found a very good agreements between our results and experimental results. During my MS Physics, I took different courses especially regarding to photonics like Quantum optics 1and Quantum optics 2 and scoured A+ grades. I also attended different national and international conferences regarding Quantum optics, Laser and Semiconductor in my country to update myself in the field of physics and met different researcher and scientists .Those people told me about the research activates and research group of your university and suggest me that I should apply for PHD in your university. After completing my course work from COMSATS institute of Information Technology, Lahore .I took my thesis in the field of experimental laser from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), titled: Design and Fabrication of Prototype TEA Nitrogen Laser. I stood first in MS Physics class. Ive been working as a lecturer in University of Management and Technology where teaching Applied Mechanics, Applied Physics, Quantum Mechanics and conducting Applied Mechanics and Applied Physics experimental undergraduate lab. Prior to this I had been fulfilling my duties as visiting lecturer in the University of Education, Township Lahore for two years, where I taught Waves and Oscillations, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electromagnetic Theory and Mechanics to the undergraduate students. These two years of teaching experience gives me a lot of confidence and a new aims and objective to get ready myself with the higher education and plunged into the field of semiconductor and Quantum Photonics. I think that research and study with you under your kind supervision seems to be the ideal place to explore further in the field of Semiconductor micro-ring lasers for optical vortex emission under

your kind supervision. I am a team player having good communication, technical, effective team skills. I am accustomed to fast-paced environment where deadlines are priority. During my studies, projects, I often come across challenging situations, which have motivated me to work harder and bring results within constraints.
