THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.

SESHA SAI

Born in the year 1962 in an Agricultural and Freedom Fighters family at Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. Had his primary education in Municipal Elementary School, Bhimavaram and Higher Education in Luthern High School, Bhimavaram and Intermediate in K.G.R.L. College, Bhimavaram and graduation in D.N.R. College, Bhimavaram and B.L. Degree in Sir C.R. Reddy College, Eluru, West Godavari District (Andhra University). Enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 03.07.1987 and joined the Chambers of Sri P.Rajagopala Rao and also worked in the chambers of late Sri P.Raja Rao. Actively Practised in Civil, Criminal, Services, Constitutional and almost all other branches of Law. Had developed his independent practice with in short span of time and extensively dealt with number of cases, covering all branches of Law. Deeply interested in philosophy, culture, music and education. Was Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad and was a panel Advocate for the State Bar Council and was an Advocate for the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Suit pertaining to Polavaram Project instituted by the State of Orissa in the Honble Supreme Court. Elevated as Additional Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn in on 12.04.2013.

Dr. Cheeday Satyanarayana a paediatrican who served and saved lacks of sick children in West Godavari, East Godavari and Krishna Districts for over four decades, developed interest in promotion of education and got a society registered and promoted "Peoples' Education Society" in the year 1991. With his contacts in these areas 45o elite have joined as members of the general body. In the year 1992 Dr. C.S.N. Junior College and Dr. C.S.N. English Medium School were started at Rest House Road in the campus of Dr. Cheeday Satyanarayana. In the year 1994 Dr. C.S.N. Degree College was started in the same premises. The college grew strength to strength, year after year and won the appreciation of the public and students. In the year 2000 the college was upgraded as post graduate college and named as Dr. C.S.N. Degree & P.G. College. In succession M.Sc., Computer Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Electronics, Physics, Orgranic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, M.A. English, M.A. Social Work, MCA, M.B.A. and B. Pharmacy were started. Land was acquired near Industrial Estate which was earmarked for college purpose in municipal master plan and buildings were constructed, consisting of 3 blocks with 4 floors. Presently the college is functioning with strength of 1200 Degree and 500 P.G. students on rolls.
