Services at MillionDots Taxi


Customers are handled in proper and Service to the customers will be legible (i.e). Disciplined manner. handled by the drivers so that like maintaining 1. Newspapers, 2. 2 Water Bottles, 3. Tissue papers Drivers has to update the details of the Customers with the mobile which got from our Company If Customers gave the feedback so as immediate action will be taken on the drivers, in Good or Bad. If customers are not satisfied with our service can file a complaint so that action would be taken within 24 hrs.

Driver Management System

Drivers will be tracked from Source and Destination with secured tracking system, if any problem persists during travel time immediate resolution will be provided from our Customer Service Center. Taxi would be maintained without any damage in case any damage persists action will be taken from our side.

Yard Management System

Drivers has to maintain the vehicles in such a way without any damage during driving and parking in Yard, without any prior permissions no company vehicles should be parked in Yard. As if we know already ours is a growing company having standard quality in marketing (i.e.) Chennai city Customer Service Point is the major role in our company; it serves as a Backbone of our Organization.

Vehicles should be washed before the taxi moving on drive with customers, these details will be delivered to our service center by Yard manager. As we are on large scale we are upgrading our marketing level at various levels by stepping forward at different access. This facility helps our organization to proceed further to track the taxi & Customer Service in proper and efficient way.

Driver Management System: Here as our company depends on Drivers they fall under different category for their maintenance also for our company standards like 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Standard ID Cards, Punch Cards, Mobile, Feedback kit, Individual UserId & Password for Security enabled system. Standard ID Cards: This which will help from our company side to track the status of driver in proper way to get the salary details, track details and log details of driver for status information and further reference. Punch Cards: Punch cards will provide along with standard ID card so that they have to punch the card to Logging In and Logging Out, In Yard system, once the driver logged in Taxi security system will be enabled and will be tracked during travel with customers to give further information during traffic block. Mobile: This device helps to get connected with our customer service and with customer, so as to proceed with further assistance. Feedback kit: This kit will always be enabled in taxi, to make our customer in easier way to provide us feedback of our drivers. Customer feedback makes us to enhance further to grow us in a large scale. Driver Benefits: If any of our drivers shows their excellence during the duty hours they have some winners award like, Champions of MD, they will get their excellence certificate and award later will get shortlisted for future benefits.

Yard Management System: This involves in how drivers will maintain the vehicles on their own so that no damage should occur, should be maintained in clean & neat on daily basis like washing at yard when logging In and Logging Out. The travel and expenses details should be updated to the office with receipts. Meter Details, Trip Sheet details should be updated to office. It is mandatory that all the drivers have to log in with punch cards when entering into Yard so that their vehicle could be activated. As if when each drivers moving or logging out of the Yard has to surrender all the things being under usages except mobiles..

Marketing: As it we know already that our company is growing and growing we make our drivers in marketing also, so some of our representatives will be in marketing to enhance our company in large scale, like 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Airport customers Corporate Hotels Marriage Bookings Festival seasons As such above mentioned we have some special tariff for these customers. Government officials also will have some di different benefits on their requirement basis.

Marketing Mode of Operation: There are different modes of marketing like, 1. Posting Ads in Medias like (Newspaper, TV, FM) 2. Some important places wall posts will be available there, 3. Getting permitted with Chennai Corporation (CMDA) will help us to handle the marketing in different ways.

Tariff details with Yearly calendar, Save time of Customer on parking basis. Marketing should be on the basis of Drivers who has to proper licensed from our corporate.

BPO (Customer Care Service): 1. Customer Service Point is the major role in our company; it serves as a Backbone of our Organization. 2. This facility helps our organization to proceed further to track the taxi & Customer Service in proper and efficient way. 3. This helps our Customer to provide easy solution of the routes like Short Distance & Long Distance with in radius and out of the radius. Benefits of Using BPO: Main theme focus here is that, No drivers can mislead the Customers as they are the core part of our organization we looking ooking forward as Customer as King, Serve them in best way without misleading.

Customer service helps our regular customers to get in touch easier way for their usage, so that our Service Center will follow the Log details in Such a way so that we make them feel better for their further usage of our CAB. Proper Driver and customer details will be maintained by covering Small radius & Large radius Distance, so that no Cab driver will be freed from service duty so that routine work basis will be provided to the such drivers.

Drivers and Customers details would be followed up by our Customer Care center, Calls will be handled by the well known route drivers so that we can prevent the drivers from step into traffic junk. A well known Driver experience with route handler will lead the team in proper way so as to manage the time and also the customer Satisfaction.

Our Customer Service will handle SMS Service to Customers in such a way for their further assistance to get the credit value points After the customers Bill payment notification to the Customer to be provided by our BPO sector with Amount Quotation.. Using this BPO (Customer Service Point) will be the added advantage for both Customers and Drivers which will help us to find out the both Positive and Negative Feedback of our Organizations. For updated information twice in a month there will be the meeting for all the drivers for their technology knowledge and networking purpose and also to maintain the good relationship with our Service Point. Our Customer service point will record the voice of both Customers and Drivers so as for their further assistance if they miss out the details of the drivers and customers our Customer Service point will give hand on those cases.

NOTE: If all these assessments are implemented we can gain (1/3)rd of the revenue from regular profit schemes, if these standing instructions are implemented in best way we will have the best service of Name and Fame from the public and the scope for future development purpose.
