Past simple (irregular verbs)

Were having a great time. We got to the hotel on Saturday and went straight to the beach. We sat there all day and swam in the sea. On Sunday we took a taxi to the local market and bought some delicious bread and cheese. We ate our lunch in the park outside the palace. Then we did some sightseeing in the afternoon. Were back on the beach today! Love Anna
