INHTA Resolution No. 01 Series of 2014 TRUCKING RATE INCREASE WHEREAS, the present situation affecting effective execution of the tasks such as but not limited to wage increase, cargo security measures, fuel, spare parts, accessories, lubricants, road restrictions and regulations (truck ban, increased penalties, different Local Government Units implementation schemes, indiscriminate and abusive towing) and cargo load weight limitations (RA. 8794 Section 6), necessitates an upward adjustment on the trucking rates; WHEREAS, the trucking sector plays an important role in the growth of our economy by way of continuous and unhampered movement of cargoes, foreign and domestic, coming in and going out, in and around the country; WHEREAS, the efficient and on time deliveries of cargoes, raw materials and finished products shall be met; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, that the following trucking rates shall be the official guiding rates for a twenty (20) footer cargo container move; RATES

PROVINCIAL RATES NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN LUZON - matrix attached Terms and Conditions 1. Above rates are Inclusive of 12% VAT 2. 100% of the trucking rate shall be charged in case of aborted pick-up/delivery. 3. 70% of the trucking rate shall be charged as demurrage fee if truck is not loaded/unloaded of its cargo 12 hours after it has arrived to the shipper/consignees premises and every 12 hours thereafter. 4. CHARGES FOR ABOVE STANDARD LOAD WEIGHT PER 20 FOOTER CARGOES Over 18 Tons to 20 Tons Additional 25% of the trucking rate Over 20 Tons to 21.5 Tons Additional 35% of the trucking rate Over 21.5 to 23 Tons Additional 50% of the trucking rate

5. If the truck is apprehended for overloading and the actual load of the cargo is found to be more than the declared weight, the penalty for the apprehension shall be charged to the shipper/consignee plus the corresponding charges for above standard load weight. 6. Two (2) pick-up/delivery points shall be charged 150% of the trucking rate of the farthest destination. 7. Truck is manned by a driver and one (1) helper only. 8. 10 footer moves shall be charged 20 footer rate. 9. Tandem moves shall be charged 200% of the 20 footer rate. 10. Diverted trips shall be charged 150% of the farthest delivery point. EXCLUSIONS 1. Project cargo, over width, over height and over length cargoes. 2. Cargoes requiring special handling equipment 3. Bobtail and/or advance position of container
