Helpdesk/Computer Labs Assistant Manager - Learning Resource & Technology Services (LR&TS) St Cloud State University, St Cloud, MN - USA 10/2002-05/2004 Developed eRove ASP.NET application to record labs troubleshooting incidents (tickets). The application had a web interface as well as a mobile device (PDA Compaq Ipaq compatible) interface. The decision to develop a mobile application interface was due to the fact that management wanted to record incidents as they occur while labs consultants were on the move helping students solve computer related problems. Managed Helpdesk evening hours to insure quality customer service and prompt problem solutions for students, faculty, and staff. Provided documentation and training for technical support student workers. Maintained weekly HelpDesk activity reports for management. Managed computer labs software images testing process, which included detailed reports of testers' feedback /bug reports.
