RAL
NCS is the understandable international colour order system for colour
selection, specifcation, communication and the control of colour in
design, architecture, research, marketing and manufacturing.
The NCS system is based on how people see colour. This colour range
consists of close to 2000 colours.
Since 1927 RAL has created a concise language when it comes to the
use of colour. We have standardized colour numbers and names for all
RAL colours.
RAL Colour standards are being used in the coatings industry.
The South African Bureau of Standards colour system is a system all
paint manufacturers & applicators recognize.
It is a colour coding system used by many industries.

Needle/Chisel De-scaling
A needle gun has a set of very fne chisels known as needles. The tool
forces these needles against a work surface at variable speeds up to
around 5000 times per minute by means of compressed air.

Water Jetting is a surface preparation method which uses high-energy
water to remove coatings, corrosion products and other surface

of the water striking the surface is used to achieve its cleaning afect.
Water jetting does not provide a surface profle like abrasive blasting,
and fash rusting will occur immediately. In this case, specialist coating
