Minutes 1.Oro Youth Council (OCY) Executive Order - The XU-Association of Law Students shall sponsor the crafting of the executive order - The Executive Order shall include the following: a. That the council shall have seventeen members b. That such members shall be called youth councilors c. That the council shall be given two seats in the following Executive Committees: - City Health Board - Protection of Children - City Development Council - Disaster Risk Management Council - Regulatory and complain Board - PDWD - Local School Board - Anti-drug Abuse Council - Tourism Committee - Solid Waste Management d. That the other elected officers shall be part of the sub sectors e. That the council shall get its fund from the DILG which shall appropriate the intended funds for the SK to the former.

g. That the City Government shall provide an accessible Oro Youth Center. h. That the CSWD and CID shall serve as the secretariat of the Council. -Honorarium matters shall be discussed further in the upcoming meetings. 2. Summer Job Program - Councilor Danica Tacbas volunteered to be the chairman - The in-school sector shall serve as the support group of Councilor Tacba - One hundred slots are given to the youth sector - It will be twenty working days - The process and requirements of the application are as follows: a. The applicant shall secure his/her birth certificate b. For college students: second semester grades (with a certification from the registrar) For incoming first year students: Private: Public: c. Applicant shall submit his/her resume d. three pcs 1x1 picture e. Income tax return shall not exceed Php 96,000.00 e. Deadline: April 3, 2014 3. Strategic Planning -Final dates: April 14,15, & 16, 2014 -Councilor Jesus Rangcasajo was tasked to look for possible venues. - There will be another meeting for the program planning. Each sector shall send one representative - The council shall have a parliamentary proceeding workshop
