to our clients.

*As an integral part of our corporate culture, we place a great deal of importance

warehouse headquarters to divert remaining fabric and yarn scraps, paper,
plastic, wooden pallets, cardboard tubes and cones, metal, and electronic waste
from landfills.

*We are always looking for more ecologically sound materials and services. Our
catalogs are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with non-toxic inks.

*American Apparel is beginning to incorporate sustainable fabrics such as

bamboo and recycled polyester into our product line.

*We are always looking into more recycled blends to integrate into our main line.
POLICIES

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made for
purchases within 7 days
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All items MUST be returned in the original condition in which they were received (not
washed or worn) or else the return will not be accepted.

Buyer must request a return reference number by contacting

rainbow@arcencielapparel.com with the reason for the return, or the desired
exchanged product(s).

The buyer must contact us for a return reference number.

After the return reference number has been generated, the buyer must return the
item within 7 days from the receipt of the item

If being returned through the mail, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges
liabilities- be safe, insure the item. The buyer must have the item sent back, post-
marked, within 7 days of the receipt of the item.

Shipping and Pickup

You are free to come pick up your item to eliminate shipping costs. You can
also try anything on, no obligation to buy. Just send an email to
rainbow@arcencielapparel.com to arrange it.

We will ship your item within 24 hours of the receipt of payment

You will be given your item number for tracking purposes on Canadapost.ca.
shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What payment types are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Paypal (you don't need to create an
account), cash (in person), Interac Email Money Transfer (fees may apply, depending on your
bank: TD, for instance, charges 1.50 to the sender), cheque, money orders, and cash on delivery
within Markham.

AT CHECKOUT:
1) To continue to credit card payment through paypal, click continue when prompted to the paypal
order screen. You do NOT need to register and log in with paypal.
2) If paying with cash during your local pickup or through money order, you will be emailed the
address within 24 hours of submitting the order.
3) If paying through Interac Email Money Transfer through your online banking account, send the
