Spam Policy

Getting Started
In order to activate the bizmail plus pack administrator needs to make the changes as per details received in Welcome mail. Case 1: In Case Name Servers of the domain are pointed to Net4 India Incase Name Servers of the domain name are with net4india then all The MX and CNAME entries will be done automatically. Case 2: In Case Name Servers are not with Net4 India If your domain is not pointed to our Name Servers as mention below: Primary Name Server: ns1.net4india.com Secondary Name Server: ns2.net4india.com (To check your name servers details, click the link given below) http://www.net4.in/net4app/aspx/domains/searchDomain.aspx#marketingtab Then User has to contact the name server provider In order to get the MX and CNAME entries done. Kindly provide all the MX and CNAME entries which you have received in the welcome mail to the name server provider to get the same entries done. A) Create the MX Record in the following Manner Create the MX RECORD as Point this MX RECORD to the I.P. mail.domainname.com 202.71.131.224

B) Make the CNAME Entry for your POP & SMTP in the following Manner. pop.domainname.com. IN CNAME mail.domainname.com smtp.domainname.com. I N CNAME bizsmtp.net4india.com. smtpauth.domainname.com. IN CNAME smtpauth.bizmail.net4india.com.

Admin Settings
Change Password

The Administrator can change the admin panel password at any point of time. Password can be changed by log into the admin panel with current User and password then move the Cursor to Admin Settings and click on Change Password. It will ask for Old password which you have to type in the mention box > then type new password and re type the new password and click on submit.

Customize
1. Upload Logo/Image

Through this link you can upload the logo / Image or Banner of your company, uploaded Image will reflect on the Admin panel and the uploaded logo will reflect in your webmail. To upload the Logo or Image Move the cursor on Customize and click on Upload Logo/Image then click on Browse to select the location of Image which is stored in your system and click upload.

2. Theme & Title

Through this link you can change the theme of your webmail Interface; to change the theme you need to move the cursor to Customize and click on Theme & Title then you can choose the theme from drop down menu in Current theme Section and Click on Update.

3. Website Plug-in

Through this link you can customize the webmails login table on your website. You just have to copy paste the coding mention to your website coding.

4. Banner Setting

Through this link you can enable or disable the banner which is reflecting in your Login Page. To disable or enable the banner you need to move the cursor on Customize and click on Enabled/Disabled banner then click on the check box in front of Disable/Enable Banner and click on submit.

User Management
1. Add User

In order to Create the e-mail ids you need to move the cursor on User Management and click on Add user then it will ask for some details as an user name , password etc. Details with (*) sign are mandatory to fill. In case you want to create e-mail id as email@domain.com then in user name you have to type email only and then fill rest of the details then click submit.

2. View All User

Through this link you can view all the users created under your admin panel, from this link you can do the following: a. Reset the Email id password by clicking on Reset password. b. Change the status of e-mail id (activate or deactivate) by clicking on check box in front of the user and then click on Toggle. c. Delete the user by clicking on check box in front of User and then click on Delete. d. Change the quota (space) allotted and other details of particular User by clicking on Edit then change the required details and click on Update.

3. Forward

Through this link you can activate e-mail forwarding. Move the cursor to User Management and click on forward then click on alphabet from which your e-mail id starts.

Enter the e-mail id on which you want to forward the mails in Forward To section and check on Keep a copy while forwarding (In Case you want to have copy of same mail on your mail box) and click on Update. Further, you can enter multiple e-mail ids in forward to section just use comma (,) as separator.

4. Rename User Alias

Through this link you can rename the already created e-mail ids. You need to move cursor on User management and click on Rename User Alias then type the Username which you rename in Alias Name section and type the new alias name in New Alias Name section and click on Submit.

5. Search User

Through this link you can search the created e-mail ids in your admin panel. You need to move the cursor on User Management and click on Search User then type the Alias name or complete e-mail id in the Email id section and search.

Email Monitoring
Through Email Monitoring Feature administrator can monitor all the incoming and outgoing e-mails of their users.

1. Add Monitor

Through this link you can activate e-mail monitoring it will show you list of all created e-mail ids in your panel. You can select the users you want to monitor by clicking on the check box which are there in front of the user and also check on the E-mails you want to monitor (Incoming or Outgoing or both) and then select the forward e-mail id from drop down menu on which you want to receive the copy of mails and click on Monitor E-mails. By activating e-mail monitoring feature whatever e-mail id you monitor. One copy of their send and receive mail will also be delivered on forward e-mail id as Bcc.

2. Edit Monitor

This link can be used to edit e-mail monitoring e.g. if you want to modify the e-mail ids for monitoring you can click on edit and check on the e-mail ids which you want to edit then make the changes accordingly( Incoming or Outgoing or both)

3. Delete Monitor

Through this link you can delete the e-mail monitoring feature in case you have activated the same. Move the Cursor on Email Monitoring and click on delete monitor then click on check box in front of the e-mail ids you want to remove from monitoring and click delete.

4. View Monitor

Through this you will be able to view on which e-mail monitoring is activated and to which e-mail id their mails are getting forwarded as BCC.

Group E-mail
Through Group e-mailing feature, The administrator can create the groups, so that e-mails sent to the particular group will delivered to all the users in same group.

1. Add Group

Through this link you can create the group e-mail id. You can select the e-mail id to be added in group by check on the right side and then give any name in the group and click on Add Group.

2. Edit Group

Through this link you can make changes to already created groups under the admin panel. You need to move the cursor on Group Email and click on Edit Group then click on edit in case you want to edit any group then you can add or remove the e-mail ids from the same group

3. Delete Group

Through this link you can delete the created group. In order to delete the created group check on the box which group you want to delete and then click on delete link.

4. View All Group

Through this link you can see all the groups created and the e-mail ids which are there in the particular group.

SPAM POLICY
With this Feature administrator can Black list and white list the e-mail ids or domain and activate the message filter along with control the anti spam effectiveness.

1. Black Listing

Through this link you can block incoming messages from particular domain or email address. Please Enter/ Remove e-mail address in the Enter new e-mail id section (check block the entire domain in case you want to block all the mails from same domain) and click on Add black list. Same will be added and will start reflecting on the right hand side box. In case to want to remove the e-mail id from the list then select the e-mail id from the box on right hand side and click Remove.

2. White Listing

Through this link you can White List incoming messages from particular domain or email address. Please Enter/ Remove e-mail address in the Enter new e-mail id section ( check white list the entire domain / company in case you want to allow all the mails from same domain) and click on Add white list. Same will be added and will start reflecting on the right hand side box. In case to want to remove the e-mail id from the list then select the e-mail id from the box on right hand side and click Remove.

3. Message Filter

Through this link you can Add / Remove the message filters (e.g. if any mail contains objectionable or inappropriate subject (Spam, Viagra etc.) can be blocked. You can select from the drop down menu, type the phrase and select Return or Blocked or delivered to e-mail address and click on save. Once it is saved it will start reflecting below in existing filters and you can also remove or Edit the same from there.

4. Spam Tuning

Through this link you can Control the Anti Spam Effectiveness by clicking on one of the mention radio buttons (-4 being less aggressive and 4 being more aggressive) and click on save. Less aggressive: Maximum numbers of mails received into your inbox and other folders according to defined e-mail message rules. More aggressive: Maximum numbers of mails will be moved to Junk folder and you have to check your junk folder regularly for important mails. Neutral: In this case the system will identify the spam mails and send them to Junk folders.

Catch All Accounts


With Catch All feature administrator can activate the catch all account. With this feature all the e-mails which are sent to non existing e-mail address or misspelled e-mail address will be delivered to the catch all e-mail id.

Manage All A/c

Through this link you can select the alias (E-mail id) from drop down menu where you want the e-mail to be forwarded and click on Edit.
