WORK EXPERIENCE: UW Formula SAE Team 25


Designed the differential mount system for T25s combustion car. Iterated design, analyzed load cases, failure modes and dynamic/static environment using SolidWorks, Project Data Management software and ANSYS. Integrated differential mount system with other combustion car systems. Manufactured the differential mounts to specifications using precision machining.

Researched vibration test methodologies and measurement systems. Designed, prototyped and manufactured vibration test fixture. Implemented vibration measurement system. Developed and executed test protocol. Analyzed vibration test results and made recommendations for future testing and design modifications.

Used gathered data to generate current state value stream map depicting overall life cycle of customer orders. Through the use of lean tools developed future state map to include process improvements and forecasted future outcomes.
