The appropriate local court at Gurgaon shall have the jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, claim or liability arising out of this report.

ANNEXURE-I Test Procedure & Test Observations/Results: TEST REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS Test Specifications: Sample has to be tested for 5 cycles according to the following conditions. Temperature Cycle Test ICAT-CMEL/33714/01 OBSERVATIONS/RESULTS

External appearance and performance of the DUT was satisfactory after the test Lighting Conditions:Test has to be carried out in off condition. Acceptance criteria:- After the test , nothing unusual of external appearance and performance. Test Method:Distance between the lamp and nozzle: 50 cm. Water flow rate: 800L/h. Water pressure at shower nozzle: 8 MPa. Direction : Up, down, front , rear, left and right as vehicle mounting angle. Test duration : 30 sec each 6 direction Total duration: 3 min. Acceptance Criteria:Without water drain hole lamp:- Water shall not permeate. With water drain hole lamp:- Residual water shall be less than 2 ml. Bulb shall not break. Lighting Condition :- ON
