Definition and brief history Detected by multiple surveys of students (n> 600), 100% of them acknowledged not having adequate training in airway management, and also that he needed such training. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy simulator. It would be desirable for teaching to have a bronchoscopy simulator, there are some in the market. According to current recommendations on SimMan simulator is eligible for training in various techniques of airway management, while education in clinical decision making quick and correct application of them to resolve critical situations both rescue Anesthesia and Critical Care and Emergency clinics in different scenarios. AccuTouch Endoscopy System is the system used at the University of Chicago in the Training Center led by Dr. Andranik Ovassapian; hardware consists of a virtual simulation for teaching and training on the proper handling of flexible bronchoscopy. 7. Training Programe Levels Baseline: To do this, students must remain at the center of airway management for a minimum duration of 3 days, morning and afternoon shift. Middle level: To do this, and according to degree of prior training, learning theory and practical in difficult intubation is 5 days. 8.-Career teacher made Dr. Valentin Madrid Rondn (anesthesiologist and expert in Management of Difficult Airway) created the Draft Permanent Center for Teaching and Airway Management with headquarters in Denia, Hospital Marina Alta on May 6, 2005. The Centre was officially inaugurated on February 16, 2006 with the assistance of Professor Dr. Andranik Ovassapian, anesthesiologist and expert fibroscopy World, considered the driving force in the development and teaching of the fiberscope for the Management of Difficult Airway in anesthesia. The opening of this center was the culmination of years of teaching and dedication of Dr. Madrid and the whole group of anesthesia professionals of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Hospital Marina Alta de Denia, participating in the teaching of internal and external living hospital as well as training courses continuous positive airway with other groups of domestic and foreign experts, work that continues today.
