2. If it is someplace you’d like to live, come back to our office, fill out a rental
application. Bring your picture ID, Social Security card and Proof of Income.
WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION WITHOUT PROPER ID.
**YOU DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WHEN YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION**
3. One of our Property Managers will look over the completed application to pre-
qualify you. If you are pre-qualified, they will schedule a time to meet with you and show
the inside of the unit.
4. After you see the inside of the unit, if you like the unit and want to rent, you
will give the Property Manager either Cash or 2 Money Orders.
1. A $50.00 non-refundable Application Fee (Money order 1)
2. A Minimum of $150.00 towards your Security Deposit (Money Order 2).
This holds the property for you while we run your credit and background check.
5. When the credit report comes back, the Property Manager will evaluate and
calculate your score.
If approved, the Property Manager will contact you and reconfirm your move-in
date. You must notify Menacho Realty Inc. within 24 hours of making deposit, if you
have changed your mind about renting in order to receive a refund of your Security
Deposit
If there is a problem with the credit report and/or Applicant Score, the Property
Manager will deny the application and the Security Deposit will be returned to you.
6. Utilities not listed with rental information are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
Upon approval and verification of move-in date, it is tenant’s responsibility to have all
utilities on in tenant’s name by time of signing of the lease.
