Systems Advisory Group


Our Systems Advisory Group is made up of very experienced product and industry experts. Between them theyve worked with a signicant number of customers across different areas and regions, and have developed a wide knowledge of the issues our customers face. Thegroup works with our customers to see if our solutions are being utilised properly and whether more can be done to maximise system functionality and optimiseprocesses.

Misys Customer Loyalty Survey (MCLS)


Our MCLS gives our clients a clear and easy method to provide us with feedback on our case handling processes and solutions. This feedback allows us to respond effectively to client issues and improve our approach to product testing and overall product quality.

Customer Advisory Boards


Our Customer Advisory Boards give our customers the opportunity to feed back to senior Misys management on our product strategy. Inthis consultative environment, theyre able to hear the perspectives of their peers in other nancial institutions.
